Prefer to rent a storage unit in person? Want to set up autopay? Want to make a payment? No problem. Just swing by a storage facility that uses a Storelocal Tenant Interface. This offers the same options you’ll find on your facility’s website. You can choose a storage unit, check out insurance options, make payments and more. Have questions? A self-storage manager will be available to answer them.
Access Control
Did you know that you can open a storage unit with your phone? Storelocal has partnered with Janus International to offer access control that’s totally powered by your smartphone. If you rent at a facility that offers this, there’s no need to purchase a lock—or worry about losing your key. After you rent your storage unit online or in-person, you’ll be prompted to download an app. When you’re ready to access your storage unit, simply open up the app and with one click, the door will unlock. Key fobs are also an option if you’d like to keep it old-school.
