“We were customers there for ten years and the only reason Yankee Mini Storage Corp is getting five stars is because of the staff. Melanie and Julie are totally awesome they have always treated myself and my husband very well and they know what customer service is which is rare these days., However their management company Platinum gets zero stars, because they treat their customers and employees with no respect. If it wasn't for Platinum raising the prices every six months and pricing us out we would have stayed. Platinum management group should value it's employees and its customers not everything should be about money. This every six month increase supposedly is the "industry standard"....no its probably the industry standard for CA not everywhere else. Melanie and Julie are absolutely the best!.”
